Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation and change can be made 72 hours in advance before the trip starts; Cancellation within 72 hours will be charged 100% of your payment
Any supplier change fees will be passed on to the client
Should you need to cancel your trip, you must notify us in writing by letter, e-mail, or by fax immediately.
For any reason that you need to cancel or modify your orders, the bank wire transfer fee and credit card fee will be deducted at the same time of your refund

Please book at least 7 days in advance, booking requires a minimum of 2 passengers
Please plan to arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time.
We do not charge for tours that are cancelled due to weather.
Ages 6 to 12 are half price. Ages 5 and under are free.
The helicopters seat up to 5 passengers, as such, you may be accompanied by other guests on your tour
Opening and closing dates are subject to supplier change.
Please provide accurate and complete information (Name, gender, adult / child, copy of passport and contact information) when booking a tour to avoid errors that would affect your travel. If you cause a delay or cause losses due to missing or inaccurate information, you will be held responsible.
It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance for your personal benefit.
Westar Travel is not responsible for any transportation cancellations or delays, climate change, or any other travel safety issues within the trip that are caused by circumstances not under our company’s control.
