About This Expeirence

The Historical Village depicts life as it was from the 1860s through the 1930s. Costumed interpreters help tell the story of the Canadian West, while guests can enjoy a variety of activities including antique steam train rides and sailings on a paddlewheel boat. Heritage Park is a registered charity and Canada's largest living history museum. Located in Calgary, and only 15 minutes away from downtown, Heritage Park provides an immersive experience that connects people with the settlement of Western Canada.

Historical Village operates 10 am to 5 pm daily
Admission includes all rides, street theatre and any activities, presentations or special exhibits on display during regular operating hours.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally impact the rides offered.
If a cancellation occurs due to weather, you will be contacted and rescheduled.
Heritage Park Historical Village is open seasonally (late May to mid October).
Opening and closing dates are subject to supplier change.
