Cancellation Policy

Free change and cancellation can be made 72 hours in advance before the trip starts; Cancellation within 72 hours will be charged 100% of your payment
Any supplier change fees will be passed on to the client
Should you need to cancel your trip, you must notify us in writing by letter, e-mail, or by fax immediately.
For any reason that you need to cancel or modify your orders, the bank wire transfer fee and credit card fee will be deducted at the same time of your refund
Cancellations and refunds are processed within 1-7 business days

These are open/semi-covered zodiac style vessels, with a semi-covered seating area in the rear.
They carry 45 and 47 passengers.
Our Guarantee – Should you not see a whale (Orca or Humpback), come again for free until you do, for life, no expiry
Tours not recommended for those suffering from neck/back problems, persons in frail health or pregnant women
Children 3 and under free of charge (must be accompanied by an adult)
We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to weather conditions, mechanical problems or unforeseen circumstances
We reserve the right to substitute vessels
Please book at least 3 days in advance.
Opening and closing dates are subject to supplier change.
Please provide accurate and complete information (Name, gender, adult / child, copy of passport and contact information) when booking a tour to avoid errors that would affect your travel. If you cause a delay or cause losses due to missing or inaccurate information, you will be held responsible.
