Additional InfoA deposit of $300 is required from each participant at the time of registration. The remaining balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to departure. If there are any changes to the itinerary due to flight schedule adjustments, travelers must not raise any objections or complaints.
Cancellation and refund policy: Under special circumstances, our company reserves the right to cancel the trip prior to departure, and all fees or deposits paid by guests will be fully refunded. Our company is not responsible for cancellations or changes to departure dates.
If a participant cancels the trip within 60 days prior to departure, the deposit of $300 will be forfeited. If canceled between 31 to 59 days before departure, 60% of the tour fee will be deducted. Cancellations made within 30 days will result in the total tour fee being non-refundable.
