1. This product is a destination tour. Please prepare a valid travel visa. Depending on your passport type, please confirm and apply for an eTA in advance. For more details, visit http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/eta.asp.
2. Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, contact details, adult or child, etc.) when making the reservation to avoid booking errors that could affect your travel. You will be responsible for any delays or losses caused by missing information.
3. If you have not received the "Tour Confirmation Letter" within 7 days before your departure, please contact our staff promptly.
4. To make your trip more complete, enjoyable, and smooth, we strongly recommend that you book activity tickets, meal packages, etc. at the time of booking. No additional booking services will be provided within 7 days before departure or during the trip.
5. This product is a destination group tour. Under the premise of ensuring the promised services and standards, you will be grouped with other travelers, and the itinerary will be arranged uniformly. The order of the itinerary may change based on the departure date.
6. Hotel ratings: North American hotels do not have an official star rating system. The hotels involved in the itinerary are local brand hotels.
7. The standard double room in North American hotels is equipped with either one large bed or two beds. If you have specific bed preferences, please inform us when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
8. The components of the product, such as transportation vehicles, hotels, restaurants, tourist attractions, and cultural aspects, vary by region and country, and standards differ. Please understand that language may be bilingual, such as Mandarin or English.
9. Tourist vehicles: The type of vehicle will be arranged according to the number of passengers. For less than 24 travelers, the driver will also be the tour guide. For more than 24 travelers, there will be both a driver and a tour guide.
10. Each transportation, hotel, restaurant, and sightseeing venue used in the itinerary has different rules regarding safety and the rights of tourists. If there is an accident, injury, or other loss, the resolution will be based on the regulations of the operating organization, and the responsibility will not fall on our company.
11. In the case of special circumstances, such as bad weather, traffic accidents, etc., our company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary.
12. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your personal interests.
13. In case of flight cancellations, delays, weather issues, or other travel safety concerns, there are specific regulations. These issues are directly handled by the relevant parties and are not the responsibility of our company.

Travel Notes:

1. If your itinerary includes airport transfer service, please ensure you provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pickup location in advance. If the information is inaccurate and causes an error in the pickup, the travel agency reserves the right to either provide a second service at an additional fee or arrange a free pickup with the next available vehicle. Please note that each booking only includes one pickup service.
2. Depending on hotel policies, you may be required to provide a credit card as a deposit for incidental charges (such as phone calls, laundry, dining, etc.) during your stay.

4. All activity tickets and meals must be booked in advance. No additional booking services will be provided during the tour, and we appreciate your understanding.
5. During the trip, please arrive at the designated meeting location on time as agreed by the tour guide. Please avoid being late to prevent delays to other guests' schedules. If you are late and miss the bus, you will be responsible for finding the next meeting point and the cost of getting there.
6. During the trip, you may stay at different hotels. If there are different hotels for guests, the driver and tour guide will make reasonable arrangements based on the actual group situation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
7. During the trip, there may be different vehicles and tour guides providing service. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
8. If you need to leave the group during the trip, you must sign a "Leave the Group Confirmation."
9. Travelers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older).
10. For complimentary items in the itinerary, if they cannot be provided due to force majeure factors such as transportation or weather, or if you are unable to participate for personal reasons, no refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
11. If you have any special requests (e.g., bed type, vegetarian meals, baby chair, etc.), please inform us at least 7 days before departure. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee it.
