This tour is a destination-based group tour, and participants must hold a valid travel visa. Depending on your passport type, please confirm and apply for an eTA in advance. For details, visit http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/eta.asp.
Please ensure you provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, contact details, adult/child, etc.) at the time of booking to avoid reservation errors that could impact your travel plans. Any delays or losses caused by missing information will be your responsibility.
If you do not receive your Tour Confirmation Letter at least 7 days before departure, please contact our staff promptly.
To ensure a smooth, enjoyable trip, we strongly recommend pre-booking activity tickets, meal packages, etc., at the time of reservation. No additional bookings will be accepted within 7 days before departure or during the tour.
This is a shared group tour at the destination. While maintaining the promised service content and standards, you may join other guests for a unified itinerary. Depending on the departure date, the sequence of the itinerary may be adjusted.
Hotel Ratings: North America does not have an official hotel star-rating system. All hotels listed in the itinerary are local-brand accommodations.
Standard double rooms in North American hotels typically come with one large bed or two separate beds. If you have specific bed type preferences, please inform us at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Tips:

Temperature Differences: In the Rocky Mountain scenic area, there is a significant temperature difference between day and night. During summer, daytime temperatures average 25°C, while nighttime averages range from 15 to 18°C. Please pack suitable clothing.
Sun Protection: The Rockies have abundant sunshine and strong UV rays during summer. Please bring sunscreen. The area is also dry, so lotion is a travel essential.
Wildlife Encounters: Wildlife sightings are common. Feeding animals is strictly prohibited. Do not exit your vehicle to observe large animals.
No Smoking in Rooms: Smoking in hotel rooms is strictly forbidden. Violators will face fines of CAD $300 or more.
Hotel Facilities: Most hotels in the Rockies are 3-4 story wooden structures, and some do not have elevators.
Smoking Rules: Smoking in national parks is strongly discouraged. If you must smoke, please use designated areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Eco-Friendly Hotels: Rocky Mountain hotels do not provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers, or combs. Only shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap are available.
Hot Water: Most North American hotels do not provide kettles. If you need hot water, ask the hotel front desk for assistance or use the coffee maker properly to heat water if kettles are unavailable.
Drinking Water: Scenic areas do not offer hot (boiled) drinking water. Please prepare your own before leaving the hotel.
Electrical Standards: Canada uses 110V electricity with three-prong outlets: one round and two parallel flat pins.
Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended to purchase travel medical insurance (including trip cancellation) to protect your health, safety, and personal interests before joining the tour.
